Frequently asked questions

I saved a recipe but can't find it

Recipes are only treated as duplicates when film, developer, dilution, and time all match exactly. Active search/sort filters can also hide a recipe from the list — try clearing filters and checking again.

My nickname won't save

A save is rejected if the nickname is already taken by another user, or matches a reserved word such as a brand name. If this keeps happening, email us at the address above with your account's sign-in email.

I want to delete my account

Use the account deletion page to delete your account directly, without needing the app installed.

I don't see any ads

Ad availability can vary by region and inventory, so ads may not always fill immediately. This doesn't affect the rest of the app — feel free to keep using it as normal.
